All of our services are available “a la carte” (on-demand) or easy-to-budget Support Programs. Walk-ins are welcome, although a call ahead is appreciated. Clients that choose to establish a Support Program enjoy no-charge or reduced rate benefits. Whether the service is performed remotely, on-site or in-lab, we strive to deliver solutions in the fastest, most cost-effective way for you.
Lab Service Warranty
We want to make sure you get a real solution, and we have the confidence in our experience to back that up. We warranty our lab services when a Diagnostic is performed on the same ticket – no additional charge. This is surprising rare among technology companies.
Why is this important? Because some problems just don’t occur when you want them to. If the same symptoms that you originally reported reoccurs during the service warranty, bring it back to us and we will get to the bottom of it – no additional charge. You will not be charged for the same work again. What ever you’ve paid will be credited 100% to the final solution. Our lab service warranty is for a full 30 days after the original service ticket.

The problem with most original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranties is that it only covers the equipment. It does not cover the information on the equipment! That means that Dell, HP, or whoever is only responsible for getting your in-warranty computer back to running like it did when it came out of their factory. No files, pictures or documents!
More than once we have heard from people who spent hours on the phone with an OEM support tech, only to be walked through the process of completely reformatting and reinstalling Windows. No backup, everything gone – pictures, tax records, everything. And yet, the original problem is either still there, or the computer reinfects immediately because the underlying vulnerability that lead to the problem was never addressed.
We have to bite our lips to keep from telling them that we probably could have saved everything, solved the original problem, and then taken measures to help prevent reoccurance – if they had only called us first.
